In an email to Mathieu on December 10th, 2020:

I looked at a house in Shenandoah, PA today. I have been writing about The Black Cube versus The Stream of Jewels.... here I found both:

Four days later (12/14/20) Mathieu responded:

I had a dream this night (which I had forgotten about) that came back to me as I watched your photograph.
I was in a house with concrete walls (blank grey without paint) and the floor in one the rooms had this depression in the middle that looked like a wave, a concrete and gravel wave.

The house was totally deteriorated, or had never really been finished.

At some point, water poured in through the windows, as if there was a flood, or the nearby sea was coming in. I desperately closed the windows. The water retreated, and as I looked outside, there was no beach any more. The water had just left a huge excavation with sandish rocks inside. 

All of this was really rough, depressed, stripped of.
